More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 62 nations and territories were submitted this year for consideration. 

2024 Technology Team of the Year: Medical Simulation Program Team (Gold)

MicroHealth’s Medical Simulation (MedSim) Program Team has been honored as the sole recipient of the Gold Stevie Award for Technology Team of the Year for their contributions to military medical training. 

The team’s work at the Army’s Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTCs) has enhanced the preparedness and effectiveness of military personnel. Their efforts have helped ensure efficient operations and enhanced training for over 2,500 soldiers, per MSTC. By providing realistic and immersive training experiences, they have empowered soldiers to apply life-saving techniques in high-stakes environments, saving lives on the battlefield.  

The team’s achievements include overseeing the design, construction, shipping, and fielding of more than a dozen Medical Training Command and Control (MT-C2) systems across the globe, developing a prototype for Special Operation Forces, and creating a portable Medical Simulation Training Mobile solution.  

Through their blend of technology and battle-tested insights, MicroHealth has set a new standard in military medical training and global logistics, preparing personnel to handle complex medical scenarios with confidence and readiness.

2024 Health Products & Services Company of the Year (Gold) 

MicroHealth was named the sole recipient of the Health Products and Services Company of the Year award, taking home the Gold. This award recognizes its exceptional contributions to improving healthcare outcomes through IT solutions. 

Founded by Veterans Frank Tucker and Claude Hines, who introduced electronic health records to the battlefield during the Iraq War, MicroHealth has grown into a 225+ person team of healthcare professionals, technologists, and Veterans.  

This award highlights MicroHealth’s commitment to putting the health back in health IT and their significant impact on the healthcare industry. Since 2022, MicroHealth has achieved significant milestones, including:
