JE-RDAP is a Multiple Award (MA), enterprise-wide omnibus Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will establish a cadre of qualified contractors (IDIQ holders) to compete for JE-RDAP task/delivery orders for future research, development, production, procurement, and fielding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense systems, equipment, and materiel.
A partial small business set aside was established for RDAP Orders having an overall threshold value of $10M for the duration of the RDAP Order with no more than $5M for each year of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes determined as most applicable are contained within Sector 54/Sub-Sector 541, Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
