STEP 1: Select Your Dependents Info
Select the relevant options for dependent children, spouse, and parents.

STEP 2: Select Your Compensation Type(s)
For Compensation based on Disability Rating and SMC-K Award(s):

• Select the Total SMC-K Awards from the drop-down select.
• Select the radio button for Compensation based on Disability Rating (default).
• Select the disability rating percentage from the drop-down select.
• Receive Estimated Compensation.

For Compensation based on SMC Award(s):

• Select the Total SMC-K Awards from the drop-down select (if any).
• Select the radio button for Compensation based on Other SMC Level Award.
• Select the Other SMC Level award from the drop-down select. When SMC-R.1, SMC-R.2, or SMC-T is selected, answer the hospital question that displays.
• Receive Estimated Compensation.

STEP 3: Print Results
Click on the "Print" button near Estimated Compensation to receive a printout of results.

NOTE: When you leave this page or click refresh, all the values you entered will be cleared.
